Location: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin in the United States, and Pelee Island in Ontario, Canada.Scientific name: Coluber constrictor foxii.Though they are fierce predators of rodents and songbirds, and even snakes, they are vulnerable to birds of prey.
